Do orders really send from my own email?
Yes. You connect your own SMTP (host, user, password) in Settings, and orders & receipts are sent from your address — with your business name and logo.
Can I run more than one venue?
Absolutely. Add multiple locations, assign managers to their site, and admins see everything. Free covers one location; Pro covers up to ten.
How does invoice parsing work?
Upload a supplier PDF and RestOps extracts the line items and totals, then helps you match them against the open order — no manual re-typing.
Is my data secure and private?
Each business is isolated with row-level security, your database is hosted in Australia, and you can export or delete your data in line with the Privacy Act.
Does it work with Square?
Yes — RestOps integrates natively with Square POS on Starter and Pro plans. When you mark an order received, Square inventory updates automatically. Your Square daily sales and payments appear in the Analytics tab, and the Cost vs Revenue view puts your purchasing spend and Square revenue side by side so you can see your margin at a glance. Setup takes a few minutes: add your Square credentials in Settings, map your locations and ingredients, and you're live.
