RestOps (“the Service”) is a software-as-a-service platform operated by Eatelligence (“we”, “us”). By creating a workspace or using the Service you (“you”, “the Customer”) agree to these Terms.
RestOps helps hospitality businesses manage suppliers, price lists, orders, receipts and invoices across one or more venues. We may add, change or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
You must not misuse the Service, attempt to breach its security or tenant isolation, send unlawful or unsolicited email, or use it to infringe others’ rights. We may suspend a workspace that poses a security, legal or non-payment risk.
You retain ownership of the data you put into RestOps. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service for you. We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You can export or request deletion of your workspace data.
The Service relies on third parties including Supabase (hosting/database, Australian region), Stripe (payments) and Anthropic (invoice parsing). Their handling of data is subject to their own terms.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. Our liability is limited to, at our option, re-supplying the Service or refunding the fees you paid in the prior three months. Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Questions: support@eatelligence.au.
